Bad film this one. Not sure if it was supposed to be funny as it wasn’t apart from a few moments. Mostly cringe making. Perhaps it was meant to convey a serious message about racism but it was so blunt and the characters so 2 dimensional it was completely unbelievable. Jonah Hill says that his mum should see his girlfriend as a person rather than a colour. But then the film just treats all the characters as being a simple colour being massively stereotypical about the black and Jewish communities. I thought Eddie Murphy would have some funny lines but he is just this strict miserable character obsessed with race all the time
