I proceed to court and two courts given decesion in my favor but MPCDF gone for an appeal overlooking the GAD. circular. still the appeal MP/2071/2020 deaccession is pending with High court Jabalpur. 4 HEARINGS IN 4 YERS. 7 TIMES MET to these buggers MD BUT NOTHING done. the High court Indore bench gave the decesion in 2019 that once the employee freed by the lower court the Govt. cannot with hold any claim saying that the appeal is pending for decesion..
