Interesting show. I would recommend it. A lot of horror, but I don't mind scare-inducing images. Definitely 13+
Okay this is kind of unrelated.
But the corporations and people are calling this an "anime"...? That term was always used for Japanese media and not animation that LOOKED like Japanese media. And it's funny because all Japanese media don't even have the same look and can look similar to American cartoons. I guess it's only because anime is more popular than ever that corporations are banking on the popularity of its label.
I'd call it anime-lite, anime-esque, anime-inspired or a Filipino-anime if anything. And don't get mad at my opinion, it's just my opinion.
But I don't mind it with this show, because at least The Philippines is an Asian country. the word "anime" was borrowed to differentiate between Western media from Eastern media anyway. But those certain shows (that i also like) made entirely by two American guys in Texas, USA? Okay, Netflix. You do you, corporate streaming-giant.
