Kingdom Come: Deliverance is one of the best story-driven, open-world, medieval survival RPG I've ever played. The historical accuracy is just wild. The only few things keeping me from giving the game a five star rating are the small yet noticeable bugs, the amount of time you have to put into the game for to master the combat, the auto-generated animations in dialogues and the lack of consequence and impact on the world after saying a certain thing or choosing to this certain thing instead of that other thing and so on. Other than those minor inconveniences it's - in my opinion - worth buying. Thank you for reading!
