Ted Danson once again proves why he’s a treasure of modern television in A Man on the Inside. The show expertly blends humor and heart, delivering a story that is equal parts hilarious and deeply moving. At the center of it all is Danson’s phenomenal performance, which anchors the series with unmatched charisma and depth. The writing is sharp, balancing absurd scenarios with genuine human emotion, and the supporting cast adds layers of richness to the narrative.

Last Stop in Yuma County, the directorial debut of Francis Galluppi sometimes echoes the works of the Cohen brothers, other times, channels the spirit of Quintin Tarantino, to deliver a brilliantly paced, well delivered movie. Setting the stage in a diner on the brink of a gas crisis. As patrons await a truck's arrival, tension mounts, particularly with the unexpected presence of two bank robbers. The ensuing narrative unfolds with skill, blending suspense and humor. While the plot twists may strain credulity at times, the film compensates with commendable character arcs and an engaging storyline. Despite a few flaws, 'Last Stop in Yuma County' delivers a satisfying cinematic experience.

In its opening sequence, the film sparks with comedic brilliance, promising an engaging journey ahead. However, as it progresses, the momentum dissipates swiftly, leaving much to be desired. The allure of a star-studded cast sustains interest momentarily, yet fails to salvage the overall experience. While the 'milk mafia' concept injects moments of inspired humor, the narrative ultimately succumbs to a lackluster delivery. Despite months of anticipation, the end result falls disappointingly short of expectations.

Season 2 Review: This was definitely a fun watch and I couldn’t wait for the second part. It doesn’t get a 5* because I could predict the plot by episode 3. I ask myself, does David E. Kelly deliberately make predictable but enjoyable plots, because I felt the exact same way with The Undoing, but still enjoyed watching it. The acting is good and the court scenes were probably the best I’ve ever seen, clearly Kelly is a master of this genre. There’s a lot of waste with tv shows however, very few shows have been able to integrate multiple storylines with the big picture and the Lincoln Lawyer fails even more at this, for instance, the situation with Cisco and his bike gang, it played no role in the bigger picture and was just a time waster. I’m mostly unable to watch most shows past the 5th episode, this was one I was able to binge so it says a lot about it. It could also be that I was waiting to see if they proved me wrong at the end - they didn’t

I wasn’t going to review this because I don’t think the DC extended universe is doing a good job. But not only was the Shazam origin story my first comic book, I have also been able to watch most movies in the DCEU, and though they’re not great, they’re entertaining enough. Black Adam however is almost unwatchable. The first few minutes are manageable, but it very quickly turns into a colossal disjointed mess. I have been unable to finish it. I’ll try to and if I do, I update this review accordingly

This was very disappointing. Extremely violent, terrible dialogue, mediocre plot. It started with some promise only to end up being so plain and predictable. I had expected wit and and interesting twists, only to get two hours of gory violence and tasteless humor. The attempt at a busy plot feels like an attempt at “Snatch” which also starred Brad Pitt. I’m only glad I didn’t waste money seeing this in the theaters. I really don’t understand why any of the big names agreed to this project.
