Dreadful acting and script. The part of Perla was so badly cast and ruined the series for me. It was torturous to watch her. Otherwise, the storyline, while having numerous plot holes e.g being able to have sex immediately after a kidney transplant, with no signs of surgery or not being on dialysis. However, despite this, it was an enjoyable watch.

Great cast but dreadful movie. We howled laughing throughout at the major plot holes. The hero was most annoying for never heeding advice and at times it just leaned on the ridiculous. Whoever wrote the amazing review must be a parent of the cast!

I try to be a non-judgemental person that tries to understand why people do bad things. However, I was seriously challenged by Gertrude Baniszewski in this movie tonight. I want to hang, draw and quarter her. No sympathy here! Was greatly saddened by this movie. Well acted by all.

I adored this book and couldn't put it down. Mark Ruffalo does an amazing award worthy job as the Birdsey brothers. I felt the film adaption was relentlessy depressing though and would have preferred the book ending.

Loved it. Suspend belief.....there's no sign of Murphy's Law here. Came out of the Cinema on an adrenaline rush.
