I had seen the trailer several times, and finally found a copy of the DVD. Made a cup of tea, started the film and started to cry. I had no idea how powerful this movie would be. A story of pure love and loyalty. By the end I had gone through a Box of tissues. What upset me the most, Hachi was alone when he died, how very sad.
