(Vague) SPOILERS
This was just another teen drama. It's very sad, but I also feel that the ending was too glorified and easily accepted. It just felt so disingenuous that everything would be so positive and happy after what happens. Violet is barely 17, and she's taking these things in stride and finding the silver lining? To me that was frustrating. I also felt like the movie needed more character development as far as the main characters were concerned.
