Please refer to the bottom of page 135: “Breast cancer is typically associated with women and not men. What would happen if a woman imagined herself in a man’s body?” The author should be very careful about suggesting this type of imagination. She should be aware that one out of one hundred breast cancers are experienced by men. I should know! I had my mastectomy (left breast) on May 12,2012.
