I love the 3 main characters and the not-so-famous supporting characters from the first couple seasons. This might be an unpopular opinion but I don’t want all the big name actors coming in and taking screen time from the main characters. First time I’ll say I DON’T want Meryl Streep as a main character, or multiple episodes with Melissa McCarthy or Zach G. Less added celebrities trying to upstage our main trio. Less breaking up our trio during seasons. They’re strongest when it’s them and quirky residents from their building. The story is more compelling. There aren’t whole episodes that could be removed without any loss to the story (hello Melissa M. Episode). I want more silly fun adventures with our trio. I want more physical comedy from them. More belly laughs. Hoping the next season has more trio laughter and 99% less celebrities. I probably won’t get my wish. But Steve, Martin & Selena are enough!!! They are gold. Let them shine!
