1979 was a time when NO COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY really existed. I was Young , in the 8th grade at the time this movie was released; it was all OVER the MOVIE section at that time in the Local Newspaper;. People make fun of this movie WHY???? ---What would you do IF something like this came CHARGING out of the WOODS AT YOU??!!!?!!! ---- I believe some People put this movie down; it was VERY Popular then in 1979; NOW, you have a lot of "FAKE ; Preempted, can-do-predict- ; WHAT- WILL HAPPEN!!!---too many People put this movie down, IF YOU WERE YOUNG AT THIS TIME; ( 9-13 year old,,)--- it would have SCARED THE HELL OUT OF YOU!!!! ) ---- Imagine; for a moment, if this REALLY happened!!!--- METHYL Mercury...The DAMAGE IT DOES TO WILDLIFE!!!!--Some of the "Horror Movies Today, ie-- 2020 , are JUST AS BAD!!!, if not WORSE!!! Show some RESPECT for John Frankenhimer! ...--- WHY was a "Prophecy 2 " NEVER FILMED!!??? ---Since it stated, and showed in the Original end to Prophecy, "The MALE" Monster popped up at the end,,; WHY was there NOT a "Conclusion" to this movie?????--- There were, how many " Friday the 13'ths"!?!?!?!!!!!! REALLY?!!!?!!!
