It's baffling to see major studios make the same mistakes over and over again. This show's sole merit lies in being marginally better than its film counterpart, serving merely as a gateway to the fantastic world created by the original series. However, the show's weaknesses, including significant changes to the narrative and notably poor writing, are hard to ignore. Coupled with questionable casting choices focused more on looks than acting skill, these issues make the series difficult to watch. Despite trying to give it a chance through the first two episodes, I have no plans to continue.
