After some analysis, I have arrived at a conclusion that all the negative reviews that are present on the Internet are from those heroic people who do not like Hitman franchise and just aim to complete the "levels" with guns blazing. Explanation as below: Hitman franchise has always been focused on replayability. The beauty of playing the same level again and again using different tactics, stories, revealing the secrets, etc. is the idea here. This game is not for everyone, and definitely not for those kids who just look at it like "completing-all-missions-at-once-and-whine-forever-for-how-short-the-game-was". Hitman 3 is the last game in the World of Assassination trilogy which started in 2016 with Hitman 1. The story is also great and the ending has never been so much better in any of the other video games series. The graphics are really amazing (at least on PC, cannot comment about other platforms), all the maps look gorgeous, the level design is amazing!! I think IO has done a wonderful job here with Hitman 3. Although there were some hiccups like server problems, carryover process, H2 location carryover to H3, most of them have been fixed and remaining will be fixed by the end of February. Since IO had some obstacles along the way where publishers were changed, and the studio decided to go independent and still deliver Hitman 2 completely, which is an amazing sequel to Hitman 1. They have really pulled through from almost shutting down the studio (as they had to go independent). And I think this is worth noting for a studio that has still tried to deliver such a wonderful game!! Hitman 3 may not be for all the gamers - each one has their own tastes - but if you like a stealth game, want a true feeling of an assassin, likes to explore maps and have patience to let the mysteries and stories around you to unravel, this is the game for you. This is definitely the best game to buy right now after the failed and other boring / not-so-amazing launches that took place recently. I think this would be a game of the year for 2021. Really, it has that much potential!! Great work IO and all the best for Project 007 !!!
