Just beat the main story and I loved every moment of it. Sure some parts were frustrating, but beating those parts I got stuck on or figuring out the missing piece I needed to progress was so satisfying in this game. The game starts off slow, but powerful. I shed a tear at the first opening scene, mostly in part to this games absolutely beautiful soundtrack. And yes, the soundtrack is everything it is hyped up to be THROUGHOUT the duration of the game. I especially love the “chase” sequences, which I died many times on, but still got a real adrenaline rush from, and had me on the edge of my seat! I will eventually go back to get closer to 100% completion, since the post-game does have one area that is left unexplored(you’ll have to stick around and play it yourself to find out which). Other than that it was a great 12 hours of gameplay for me(keeping in mind I got stuck plenty of times lol. I know a lot of people say this game is 6-7 hours max, idk how they do it, but I played in normal mode and the platforming and concepts of how to manipulate them/objects was challenging to me as the game progressed, which is why it took me so long to beat the game. Anyway I would recommend this game to anyone who wants to experience a brilliantly simple but charming story, with a great sidetrack and visuals to accompany it! Also don’t forget the platforming. Even if you’re not big on platformers, theres also an easy option you can resort to, at any point in the game if you want to focus on the story—but I recommend at least trying normal for a portion of the game.

I played this on the switch in classic mode and I loved this game so much! I didn’t know about it before trying the demo, but after playing through that I had to buy this game! It was fun to pick up and explore, traversing the world, solving puzzles, engaging the platforming mechanics, even down to the graphics was a joy to look at(which I’m sure would have been better docked, or better yet on ps4 or PC). I Love that this game isn’t JUST a platformer, it fuses platforming, with combat AND puzzles. Although there could have been a little bit more combat in the game, I enjoyed the game while I played it. The atmosphere, music and minimalist story is very unique and really helped this game feel like an escape from reality to an other worldly place. The ending was slightly confusing to me at first, but it’s like one of those movie or book endings that once you get together with others to discuss is a lot more satisfying an intriguing, than relying on your first instinct/interpretation of it alone. Although I beat the story, I still have plenty of dungeons that I haven’t fully explored, still some portions the map that I haven’t unlocked, items such as abilities, cloaks and relics I have yet to collect. I am usually not the “completionist” type when it comes to games, but this is a game I definitely want to fully unravel!
