I borrowed this book from a friend. After reading it I must say that I think silas missed the chapter regarding taking out fraudulent mortgages and then having his rental properties repossessed and forcing his long term tenants in to a homeless situation. Ofcourse he did not inform the tenants this would happen he just kept taking the rent as long as possible. This is genuinely what has happened with silas lees as my landlord.
