I really loved the movie Midway (2019). It's an actual War movie, not a love story within a war movie like Pearl Harbor. A war movie without fiction. A movie that based their main characters on real life people, soldiers, that served and fought in the battle of Midway. The aerial battle were totally awesome. The special effects, CGI, were spectacular! No cheap acting in this movie. There is some slow parts in the movie that breaks the rhythm, but they are short and some times necessary. The movie should of been a little bit longer just to explain some events like the Doolittle Raid (Then-Lt. Col. James H. Doolittle). But the real focus on of this movie is the Battle of Midway. Overall, the movie for me was a hit. Loved war movies about WWII as a kid and I still love them now. Go see the movie and relive some history. 😉🤙🏽
