Sentinel Lymph Nodes are the 1st Lymph Nodes to which the primary tumor metastize.
If an enlarged/ Palapable Lymph node is there -> We do’ USG guided FNAC.
If USG guided FNAC is
a)Positive - Axillary Clearance should be done(Axillary Lymph node dissesction - of 10 Lymph nodes are done.
b) Negative - Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy (SLNB) to be done.
