This film is a masterpiece when compared with the past movies on the life of Christ.It portrays events as they would be interpreted by the average agnostic who considered Christ message but found the concept of resurrection difficult to comprehend…I found the film tackled this subject superbly.It portrayed the message of Christ in humane way where the characters were deeply flawed accepting their doubts and then trying so hard to understand his resurrection…It is indeed a matter of faith but after 2000 years …in a world of turmoil . Well done to the producers….

An excellent Polish film about Nazi family who live outside the walls of Auschwitz in 1943….This film shows little of the atrocities that occurred. Instead it takes the viewer into the mind of the people who carried on there daily lives, swimming as a family, children laughing as they are bathed by their parents, it points us to a normality that seems like our protection mechanism against the horror of human suffering close by. What I found fascinating was the end , a preview of present day Auschwitz . The cleaners vacuuming the corridors , cleaning the windows against a background of hundreds of suitcases and personal artefacts of a those extinguished in this genocide. I too walked these corridors. Is it possible to detach our feelings from such trauma. That what worries me most about this film ..history should act a a warning for our future.

This is real TV .. The shocking account of a public service employer who drove their workforce to suicidal despair..bankruptcy and made criminals of those who dared to stand up to their unfounded allegations..over a 1 billion Horizon computer failure… Yes this was our National Postal Service who acted as Judge and Jury…Ruthlessly destroying lives..I only hope those in charge are dragged in front of the courts to answer for their crimes..

I give this film four stars simply because of the dramatic backdrops.The strong acting of the two queens . Understanding of course that to tell the tragic story of Mary Queen of Scots in a limited production such as this was always going to be a big ask.. As a result , most of the important historical events have been ignored. Such as her flight from loch leven, her cruel incarceration in England.. Taking all these factors into account, overall, I enjoyed this production.
