I got drawn in with episode one and stuck it out, but with each episode, I was grinding my teeth more and more and not in suspense. The writing and the pace is too slow and repetitive… How many times can Jenifer's character take a phone call as a major mystery? How many times can the step daughter pop off? how many times was she directed to "look worried now"? And what's up with a Silicon Valley tech fraud mystery but we need a friend to look up churches and home games and then to go to a newspaper to look at archives? We can all get the who what and where of any wedding and what was on the registry along with every church around that stadium in 10 minutes with our phones? Jennifer Garner is a great actor. she deserved better writing and directing.
