This show is the epitome as to why I don't watch MSM and instead consume independent journalism. I think this show satirizes MSM but the dialogue and pacing aren't for me. To add insult to injury, as a Black gay man, I don't want to hear another dialogue on how "gender is performativity" and other Judith Butler adjacent gender postmodernism.

I couldn't even go through the first two episodes honestly. It feels like a cheap Michael Bay film but turned into a series. The comedy is sophomoric and nonsensical. I find it quite cheap and lazy to rehash stereotypes, especially with its gay characters.

Best way to summarize this show: familiarity breeds contempt.
