If you're planning on watching the sequel of this movie, then brace yourself for disappointment.
This movie had a strong plot as it revolved around Arthur, Harley, and his trial. It showed many perspectives from prequel characters to his influence on new background characters.
It builds the plot high and higher, showing how much potential he has to follow his dream, his fantasy, just to shit on the viewers and the MC because he was shaken down by wild guards.
I do not ever go out of my way to tear down stories like this but the ending is distasteful even if it's logical for what was written however it feels like the director said to hell with it all and decided to cut the strings of Arthur just to deliver a message.
It makes since for the ending to play out the way it did, but the execution was awful in making the crowd applauding the ending.
Execution is everything, this movie is an example of what not to do.
