although I love westerns, I love kevin Costner this was not a hone run for me. the cinematography was exceptional but it seemed to bounce around so much between the storyline, seemed to slow down and wasn't real entertaining in parts, seemed very drawn out for the story that was being told. maybe part 2 will be better. I don't mind long movies as long as they keep you engaged, dancing with wolves was a much better epic in my view. I'm glad I saw it but I was expecting a bit more of a solid western than what I saw. not a bad movie by any means but it didn't engage me like some of his other films. .
