Good story, very compelling. Won't spoil it, but a few things at the end had me shaking my head. Like, seriously??? Not sure the scene was completely realistic, but hey, it's fiction. Still, all in all, excellent book, great writer, stayed with me a while.

One of the finest books I've ever read. Tear jerker, at several points. Just unbelievably good.

I love her books. Sometimes the dialogue is a bit stilted, but a minor thing. This one was just over the top, crazy twists and turns. I hated all the characters!!! Maybe except the brother who came back, he seemed ok. Lol.

Very well written but I just didn't connect. A lot of pages to find out the truth. But again, so well written. I'd like to see more from this author.

Creepy. Couldn't get through it. I liked it ends with us, but this just doesn't do it for me. It just feels fake.

I so loved this book. Having worked in a prison for 17 years, the prison chapters were spot-on. Yes, people, inmates have stories and backgrounds, they are not numbers. This book was so good. The characters well defined, the plot twisty and a big OMG at the end. What a talented writer!!

Well written, engaging, could not put it down, and I cried during the Oxford scenes and the aftermath. However, I found some of this a little hard to believe. HP coming to England with his friend? Immediately attaching himself to another girl in front of Angela? And on and on. But...I have to remember they are essentially teenagers at that point, so, ok. Still, i kept reading because it's just that kind of book. The end was not surprising and sort of a let down. I sort of wondered if the whole thing was in her head. It'd be a great movie. Kudos to the author, very very good writer. More please!!

Very suspenseful, cleverly written, loved it. I was left with a few too many questions though. Couldn't decide if Connor was a good guy or bad. But I loved it.
