Extremely disappointing. Kangana has been made to look convincingly like Indira Gandhi, but her acting is ridiculous ... the faces she makes. It makes IG look like she had a tic. The movie far from a story of the Emergency is a sequential cataloguing of events in IG's life with very abrupt leaps in the narrative. Too many things have been crammed into the movie. It would be hard for people who did not live in those times to understand the references unless they had already read the history of those decades. The movie could more aptly have been called "Life and Times of Indire Gandhi".
