To put it nicely, this book was nothing short of garbage. As soon as I opened to the prologue, the inner dialogue and writing style was unbelievably immature. It was like reading a story written by a 6th grader. The scenarios and inner workings of the hospital are also improbable. It's painfully obvious that the author has no idea about what happens in a hospital setting. Who would think to argue loudly with the hospital CEO in front of an audience? And the OB "residents" who the author refers to as "doctors-to-be"? Residents are physicians who graduated from medical school so indeed they were already doctors. Not to mention, the likelihood that any obstetrician would let a mother deliver twins vaginally, when one is in a breech position. There's absolutely no critical thinking on the author's behalf. I had to put it down after the 7th chapter. Don't waste your time.
