The Graduate was a portent to the new film making....which centered on the lowly....scummy parts of life.....Hollywood had decided that we all wanted to watch more perverse subject matter but no one really did who was mentally balanced....so they shoved it down our throats....It is an injustice to the fine music of Simon and Garfunkel to be associated with this film.
