I went into this somewhat dubious because, after all, who needs another variation of A Christmas Carol? I was absolutely delighted by this. The singing, ,the dancing, the chemistry between Will and Ryan - it all contributed to a joyous experience and a movie I will watch several times more this holiday season and every one in the future. Yes, it's a musical and that's not something that feels natural to everybody, but give this a chance and I'm willing to bet it will win you over. Of course, it went a little overboard at times - who's ever seen flashlights choreographed? But what a wonderful bit of magic. And the dancing with an additional troop of tap dancers was just terrific. I haven't been real impressed with what's come out of Broadway in recent years, but this was a show stopper and deserving of more accolades than it's receiving. I could easily see a live version of this in the future, but to be honest, I doubt they could do a better job than the cast and crew of Spirited did. A+++ and....Good afternoon! :)
