Treat it as a one off, not โcanonicalโ and youโll love it. Iโve read the books, played the games and hated the Netflix series. But I thoroughly enjoyed this start to finish.
Most of the hate is from who the showrunner is. Iโm not petty enough to care. You shouldnโt be either.
