I could sit through the movie but it felt incomplete somehow. It was left to the audience to figure out the work of a gold agent and the issues faced by Kannan. In the end I could only understand that he had debts and committed suicide. I couldn't figure out why he needed to commit suicide. What was the pressure? How does this give his family a safe exit? I assumed initially that it was for some insurance money but it wasn't.
