(Spoilers below) I was seriously impressed by the visuals and Mr. Raimi's directing, but the thing is that, the movie's main theme is multiverse, while in the film, doc and chavez enters into the multiverse after the first half of the film (i found first half of the movie's plot a bit slow) and they merely walk into only 1 universe (although they swing through 6-7 in a certain scene, which was awesome) having only 5-6 new characters. So overall, its not about what audience has expected from it, its about the fact, that if they are talking about multiverse, then Marvel should have introduced atleast 10-15 universes with, again, atleast 10-12 new and different characters having some twisted plot and a great war indeed, only then it will be considered a true and epic multiverse film. Also, Wanda was shown way too strong in the movie, that even doc wasn't able to defeat her and at last what we observed.... She stopped by herself because she became emotionally unstable after seeing her kids in a different universe. So Marvel, that's exactly where you guys fell in into the trap of a bad bad and really bad ending. Although, everyone has their own opinion but i am damn sure that most of the fans will agree to this review. Again, i truly appreciate entire cast and crew's effort, work and dedication but the truth is, this movie could be much more than what it is now.
