What once was one of the best is now hands down the worst out of all prime time.

What a disappointment. Very frustrated with how much work and thought I had to put into this movie with the bare minimum effort that peele put into it. One or two scenes I enjoyed and good soundtrack but that was it. Otherwise I was completely let down. Biggest disappointment of the year at the box office for me.

Was so damn excited for this movie !!! I wanted to like to so badly!!!! The problem is, I feel like nothing happened !!!!! Saint Maud was so much better and deserved much more of a release compared to this let down !! The cinematic aspect of the movie was great, but other than that I wasn’t impressed by much. It was much longer than it needed and the worst part was, the acting was great! I loved all the actors but they weren’t truly utilized at the fact that nothing happened in this movie !!!! If you want to watch some trippy scenes of a dude walking then it’s all you, otherwise I wouldn’t watch this. To the people raving and giving it 5 stars, I am shocked. It’s either you are trying really hard to like this movie, or like watching paint dry.

Absolute madness! What a perfect film. Wether it was the amazing cast, their acting, the set, the imagery, practically everything was amazing to me in this movie. I’ve been let down by a lot this year and have had high hopes for a lot of movies, Macbeth was one of them. It shredded all my expectations And blew them out of the water. As someone who hasn’t gotten into a ton of Shakespeare, this is a great introduction for the average viewer with little to no experience in Shakespeare. Amazing job by Joel Coen.
