Just finished watching the Feb. 7, 2022 episode. I have always believed that the best qualified person should have the job, if it is owners, coaches or whatever. The color of a person should not matter. The problem is when Brandon Marshall starts his one sided redirect. How he says white coaches could not "relate to him". Why is it that he can not see that continued divisive rhetoric will never help solve the problem. For the panel to say there should be avenues set up for more owners of color to have more of an opportunity to purchase teams is just baffling. We call for a level playing field but in the same breath say there should be short cuts. I've overlooked multiple times of Brandon Marshall's one sided put downs and it's time that he is replaced or I stop watching.
