A beautifully woven love story in the background of a rural backdrop which reminds us the societal issues still prevalent in SEAR.. Very relatable and enjoyable characters.... Both fathers' characters are well written and well performed, refreshes once's memories with her father. Mowlawi Saab and chacha brings the torchbearers of our life in front of our eyes..... Nasreen and her kids show the plight of any poor family with extraordinary performance by the kids, especially the elder girl and boy... Each scene, each sequence brings us tears.... Child labour, gambling, oppression of women, health care inequality, uncontrollable population and many other social themes touched with nuance and zero OTT dialogues or scenes.... Natural background of village atmosphere is refreshing to hear as are the title ost bgm and the nagma e ishq ghazal (wooooowwwwww)... So soothing and heartwarming ghazal.... The married couple who advocate family planning were so relatable with their flawless performance. The politician was too natural so were every other character like meenus brother, friend and her husband, ustad's family, college friends and lecturer, opponent cockfighter, child labour culprit couple, police wala, etc.,etc., etc., Finally the stars of the show meenu and novfal..... Amazing, smashing, enchanting portrayal of characters by the leads.... Each frame was beautiful with them and their bgm We wanted to route for them. We wanted them to succeed The aesthetics of a girls reputation was well utilised in many areas by many characters (novfal, family planning couple, mowlawi Saab, afzal chacha).. No unnecessary sequence of a love triangle, inspite of having one.... And a happy ending which makes us reminiscent this drama for a long time...... Only great things about this drama. A definite must watch... Brilliant writing, picturing, directing, executing and delivering of the drama... Big shout out to Sajal Aly and Hamza Sohail........

Excellent content. Extraordinary narration. Amazing characters and awe-inspiring performances.. everyone was awesome. Sad brutal reality of the social evils rampant in the society..... While Portrayal of the childhood trauma by the child actors was overwhelmingly heart-breaking, the plight of sumbul, savera and other girls was soul wrenching.... The journey of Jimmy was inspiring, despite being melancholic.... Naseem, najma and their part was too relatable and the hypocrisy of their villain was on the point..... TM was lovely to watch.... Zulfi was pleasantly mysterious.... Captivating sequences.... Thought provoking visuals ..... A story that was sad for most of its part yet is reminiscing long after we complete it. Makes us feel good on watching it..... A must watch for its brillant conceptualization, creation, execution and delivery... One of the best and laudable project of everyone involved.....

Yes. It's slow paced. Maheer's character is poorly written, it not only fails to makes us empathize with her but irritates us to an extent. Areebs family and subsequent romantic interest aren't entertaining. Still, Saad's character and portrayal of him by Wahaj Ali, Zaviyar and Hania's portrayals of their respective characters and Rabeeya Kulsum as Neelo and Salma Hassan as Rafiya are perfect. But What sets this drama up in the viewers playlist and minds is the outstanding OST KAHAANI SUNO and the screen presence of Wahaj Ali as Saad. Hume pyaar hua tha..... Saad se.....
