I find it kind of funny how people who give it 5 stars admit that it's a hard read. It is ridiculous how disappointing this account is. I hope Paul finds better because my god what a mess. It's one thing to be transparent about your life but the whole "I forgive myself" drivvel the author goes on about is really tiring. Her mother deserved better. The horse deserved better. Honestly the trail deserves better. Don't get this book yall read about Everest instead ๐ญ
