I thought that edgy comedy had died and been buried in recent years until I watched "The Closer". Chappelle hasn't lost his edge at all and tells it just like he sees it without any regard to current societal norms. Until very recently comedy used to be about touching on topics that will offend people, and Dave takes this style back to its roots. No group is safe, so be prepared-- if you are easily offended you may not want to watch this. However if you can accept some humility and appreciate this style of comedy for what it is, you will be entertained.
