This book is something I would describe as a missed opportunity but it is not terrible. I think this book has goods and its bads and the bass stand out more. The goods are the characters and the world it builds. The point of the radiation killing the world is brilliant but it is not handled well in the end. The characters are all great and have good dialogue but that’s not what makes it bad. I will not spoil it but it’s not much In the end. There are many moments where you think something big will happen but nothing does. And I think that ruins it at times as it leads to a disappointing ending. The books is still good and I understand a book being different at the end and I respect that but for me I did not enjoy it but others might

I read this book not too long ago and I think that overall the book is great. It’s not much of a book with deep plot lines and twists for nothing extremely serious happens in the plot. It is a wonderful adventure book that explores the feelings of being far from home as you follow Bilbo during this story who adapt to the adventurous way of life. It has great meanings of a man who has never done much in his life and going straight into an Adventure. This story is a great mix of mystical beasts and life on a journey. It is very hard to dislike this book as it is simple and flows easy so anyone could read it.
