I read this book for school, and really enjoyed this look into George Takei's extraordinary life. Before this book, I had no idea that the Japanese internment camps even existed - in our own country, no less. I believe that it is a very important part of our history, and no matter how unjust it was, or what light it portrays America in, it should not be banned.
