This is one of the best remake/sequels in recent memory, it truly captured the spirit of a ’90s thriller! While a few twists were predictable, the film struck a great balance between nostalgia and fresh storytelling. Seeing Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. back on screen together was an absolute treat. I’m so glad they saved her appearance for the actual film instead of spoiling it in the trailer-it made for a perfect surprise. The cast was strong across the board, and after the letdown of Jurassic World: Rebirth, this was exactly the kind of fun, satisfying movie I needed.
