I normally do not write movie reviews. But this movie has changed my prespective on the realationship betweem the management, the company and the employee. Lets be clear management supports the ideals of the company but is not the company. Anyone who is managment, HR, business owner, simply anyone who is vested in there future in the company (private or public) should watch.
