Idea was fine but story execution was as bad as it can be..
First of all, the whole story looks like left leaning urban naxal fantasy. It seems writers and Director were on mission to vilify armed forces from get go. Wished they could have focused more on story.
Second dialogues are so irrelevant to the scenes that story looks not at all spooky. Actors are hurling abuses unwarranted which kind of turn off for audience like me.
Third, the actors full potential was not utilised. Characters were confusing, their moto was unclear and their decision was illogical throughout the series. Villains like colonel and Mudhalvan lacked consistency in their character and hence for me the film has become more of a joke then a horror series. Hero/Anti-Hero has lamest of excuse of killing a small girl, a good soldier obeys order even he had to kill children.
Advice: Save your 3 hours as it's not going to come back.
