This series is so amazing! Whenever a new episode comes out, I always make time to watch it. Watching the individual sides analyze the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions to their problems really helps me sort out my problems, too. The series really gets me thinking about what I can do to improve myself, develop better habits, and deal with stress and anxiety. By the end of each episode, I feel a bit better about myself and my problems, life gets a little easier, and I can appreciate the value of the lesson learned. Thomas always breaks down his problems in a way that's easy to understand and also makes sure to describe them in enough detail, making his topics understandable while still intellectual and precise. I always learn something from this series, and I always get in quite a few laughs! I highly reccomend this to anyone struggling with personal problems like anxiety and self esteem issues. It's really been helping me be my best self.
