I am reading this book alongside going through EMDR therapy for moderate to severe PTSD which was a result of a Single Event Trauma and it's a fantastic book. As I'm getting better I not only have a therapist I also have a book which explains and confirms so many things anyone with PTSD goes though. This books fills in all the details that we simply cannot cover during my EMDR sessions due to time constraints. On so many occasions I found things I've felt and delt with described in the book with terrific explanation.
I would say this is only comprehensive manual (and a way out) for pretty much anyone who is dealing with trauma. Thank you for writing this book.
