Great performances by all the actors. Nostalgic. Loved soundtrack. Story meanders all over the place but it didn’t matter. Just a fun ride. Down a hill in a truck going backwards with NO other traffic around! Yeah, it was that kind of movie! The main character Gary gets so many businesses set up it made me dizzy! I couldn’t get a yard sale together that fast!

Very interesting show. I’ve not finished it yet. Torn between skipping to end or watching it slowly so it’ll last longer! Love the characters. Definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat. If I didn’t have acrylic nails I’d be biting them!

Good premise. But...not well defined characters that had any chemistry at all. The tension builds and the payoff is meh. Too many movie tropes. The shower scene. Exploring a space you definitely should not explore and then nothing happens. When something does happen who cares? Not me. The ending? Just blech. Don’t waste your money.

Ok, so this wasn’t a great “film.” I didn’t expect it to be. It was fluff. But it was a cold rainy dreary day and I laughed my butt off! And I needed that. The literal phone sex scene was stupid but hilarious! Some days you just need to smile.

LOVED it. Phoenix should win an Oscar as the completely demented Joker. It’s dark and depressing. A lot of parallels to what is going on here now. Gives the backstory of how he came to be who he was. Discarded by his Mom and Dad, made fun of, bullied, living in abject poverty and hopelessness. Not able to keep a job. Programs that could help him cut from the cities budget. The fat getting fatter and the rich getting richer. When the madness begins he’s like “What do I have to lose?” He’s right. He has literally nothing to lose.

Loved it. The songs told a story. Performance by Taron just fantastic. It was sadder than I’d dcpdcted but when the cast burst into song a la Mama Mia, the energy was just unreal. Had trouble staying in my seat and not dance in the aisle!!
