His home life is chaotic and his child is off the rails and defiant, I'm expecting the bitter ex wife at any moment. Is there a script writers handbook? It is the same format whatever the story. Could we have a main character that is happily married, no problems with their children? Respected by their senior management because they are good at their job? Liked by their colleagues.
