As a die hard avatar fan, i must say this is the Worst adaptation. I can undrrstand the movie screwed up as they felt like cramming everything to 2.5 hrs. But the series adaptationcannot be excused..why do they have to spend millions of dollars just to show their capabilities with CGI when they dont intend to do good story telling or direction. What a waste of dollars...shame. I had to stop half way and go back to the animated version to cleanse myself. Story telling is an art which Aaron Ehsasz's team did so well. This one missed the key story aspects, zero character building, bad dialogue delivery, did not feel connected to any characters or feel any moments at all while the animation with the brillant voice actors evoked so much more emotion, even if you watch the animation with the eyes closed and just hear the dialogues you can feel the characters, essense and story.
