My Mom was an RN on the production, I was 13, it was, for me, a great experience, as we travelled to various set locations. One day, in a Hollywood Set Location, she asked John Wayne (my movie hero) to let me meet him. I walked up to him as he was sitting with his friends and said my name and he asked me, "What's your favorite movie of mine?" I replied "She Wore A Yellow Ribbon" he kinda paused, looked at his 2 buddies, then said, "Yeah, nice to meet you"... For me, a great experience. Thanks Duke!
