Waited forever for this book, multiple trips to Waterstones, checking the internet for years & years. Finally I had a copy, get in, if it's half as good as "I am Pilgrim", then it will be worth the what. Wait, it may be a sequel or follow on, don't think so by the pretext but still, re read "I am Pilgrim" again just in case (still a great book but delays the anticipated start again).
Starts well, gets weird, gets even weirder and then tails off. I would have stayed on the Book 1 and most of Book 2 course and maybe that is why it took so long to come out, but generally a tad confused. Then again I am not a published author or film writer so who am I to judge.
"I am Pilgrim" would always be a tough act to follow but after such a long wait this was just a strange next book. Still read it religiously and would read anything by Terry Hayes again, maybe just not with the same vigour and anticipation that I had waited for years for this one.
