First of all,
The there is a massive hole in the market for big graphic intensive games like this. Think Fable, gears, devil may cry (much more basic.) Gameplay with outstanding utilization of worthy rpg elements. It's beautiful. It's charming. The npcs are adorable. The narrator can be a little too monotonous sometimes but it's told so well I find myself not caring so much. The music is beautiful. The combat is beautiful...... please, pick this one up and give it a run. Though it has much of what you love from such games, and sometimes even borrows landscape ideas from other games, it finds its way of being a very unique experience..... lastly, I would say that due to alot of the silo/bunker style levels, it often self sabotages itself with dark corridors and cramped linear pathing (see final fantasy xv.) ....... I was very very pleasantly surprised.
. Feels a bit like Fable 2. If you were fed up with not having a similar game..... it's her, with flare, upgrades, and a shot of whiskey.
