THIS SHOW IS AMAZING!! I thought I was only going to watch one episode but I couldn't stop. I watched the whole thing in one day, I was completely hooked. Also, I'd just like to take a moment to applaud the cast, because oh my god they are so ridiculously talented. Everyone, especially the two main characters, did such a good job of giving their characters depth and adding things into the story. The main characters' (Wilhelm and Simon) on-screen chemistry was so realistic and I swear even when they made eye contact I could feel the sparks through the screen. I can't imagine how much work went into this show, but it definitely paid off. The shots were compelling and moved the story along so well, the actors were ridiculously good and a couple of times I had to remind myself it's just a show because I was so immersed in the story. I felt really connected to the characters and I felt like I really knew them. There wasn't a single point while watching this show where I wasn't interested or felt bored. The storyline is so creative, and although there was some drama to keep it interesting, it still felt realistic. I love how the actors didn't look like they just stepped out of a salon three minutes ago, and they looked human. I think that it's so important to normalize things like acne and just overall not being perfect, and this show did a great job with that. I think a lot of teens and people in general will feel more comfortable in their own bodies after watching this show. I also love that it included an LGBTQ+ theme in such a beautiful but also realistic way. It wasn't over the top, and it didn't seem like they were trying too hard, it felt natural and it was so easy to fall in love with the two main characters' relationship. I could go on for much longer, but I'll just say that this show really was a masterpiece and I hope everyone takes the time to watch it and I really hope we can see more seasons.
