First raccoon city was a big city not a small town. Second The cast for Leon and Jill are really bad since they look nothing like the characters from the game and they made Leon a wussy who barley knows how to use a gun. Also not to mention the zombies become zombies after death this ain't suppose to be 28 days later where u go insane before u die. In all terrible movie
